What I love about this is on several levels. First, I love the simplicity and spontaneity of what he is doing. Second, I love that Clay shows us his approach to getting total strangers to allow him to take their photos; “If they stop they want to be photographed”.
I am often asked when I show my travel portraiture how I get people to let me photograph them. There is no secret. It is all about making a connection and putting people at ease.
