Did you notice that the Rich Durnan’s Blog has a slightly new look? It’s not a huge change I admit, but it reflects the new look of the Richard Durnan Photography web site. If you are a reader of my blog and have not yet visited, or it has been a long time since you visited my web site, I encourage you to click on over to www.richdurnanphoto.com right now and have a look around to see the changes.
The internet has made it such that if you are a photographer these days you absolutely need to have a web site; got one. Then you had to have a blog; started one. Then of course there is Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and all the other social media sites. It’s hard to keep up with it all. Your web site however is the heart of it all, and needs to stay current offering something new to keep your clients coming back for more.
I am embarrassed to admit that my web site has been fairly stagnant over the last year or so. It is time that changed. A face lift seems in order. I was not that happy with the overwhelming depth and complexity of my old site. I am hoping you will find the new site simplified, yet comprehensive and easier to navigate. There will likely be a few more changes as everything evolves, and I of course plan to rotate the portfolio images more frequently.
I welcome your feedback on my revised web site. Please post your comments below or feel free to contact me directly. Let me know what you like and especially what you don’t like. Tell me if anything is not working for you and if you think I have left anything out.
